Pirate!SpainXPrincess Reader - Part 2

Your maid was at front door of your room as she's knocking to give you an assistant to get you ready.

 

"Princess, are you ready? Your mother's waiting." She said as she's waiting for your responds but it turns out to be silent. When your maid enters your room, she saw a dress laying on the bed with the note. She comes in and pick up the note as she's about to read. After she's finished reading it, she started to trembling while her tear fell from her eye as she rushed off to see the Queen.

While the maid was rushing to your mother, there was a huge festival where all the peasants, kings, queens, princes, and their subjects is there waiting for you. And there also have food, children are playing games, and everyone was laughing while they're having a good time. When she came to the Queen's spot with two guards standing there for her protection, your maid stopped at where those guards are standing and panting like she's about to faint as one of those guards grabbed her and the queen looks worried about her.

"Dear, what wrong? Where's (Name)?" The queen asked as the maid looked at her while she's crying and gave her your note.

"It's...the princess...!" She said as she sobbed and the queen was started to read the note.

It says...

 

 

    Love, your Princess (Name)'

 

After Queen finished read it, her eyes are widen with tears filled as she's trembling of your words on this farewell note. She rushed to her councilor, tell him the news and she ordered him to call off the festival as he understood.

 

When the councilor rushed to the stand where he announce the festival shall begin, he stood up as he about make an announcement.

 

"Ladies and Gentlemen! Can I have your attention?" he said as everyone was quiet and pay attention. "Please do not panic for I brought a crisis news from the queen! The princess of Spain; (Name), has disappeared without a trace!" he shouted as everyone gasped and started to panic. "Please don't panic! We'll have a search party to find her! We will not start this festival without our beloved princess!"

 

When the councilor finished his announcement, the queen and the other suitors ordered their guards to find you and started to searching for you.

While you're still running, far away from the palace, you started to panting and sit on the ground to take a break as you take out tomato from the bag that the gardener grew on background and eat it. While you're eating, you started to think about what you just said to your mother yesterday that you've never meant to say:

 

'Shut up! I don't want to hear it! I hate you!' Those were your last words to your mother. You felt guilty and thinking about your mother's reaction but it's too painful to know as you grit your teeth and squeeze the tomato as the juice gushed out.

 

"I'm sorry, mother. I have no choice" you said yourself as you threw your tomato away and start running again because you felt that they already knew you were gone.

While later, the sun is about to set and looking a place for a day. You found an inn and rent a room after you paid, as you laid down on the bed but this bed feels hard unlike your royal bedroom. You're trying your best to get used to it. You're still wearing filthy clothes for them not knowing you're the princess. You put some dust from the floor and rubbing all over your body, including your silky (hair color) hair and brush it off to make less dirty but you still have dust on you. You put your bag away and drifted to sleep.

 

In the next morning, you left the inn and go somewhere else beside your home location. You decided to take a rowing boat to go to next town. "Excuse me ma'am, I would like to go to next town." You asked the owner of boats for rents as she nodded, paid her and take the boat. As you rowed down to another town, you saw a market place where people are shopping as you got off the boat and started to look around. You saw food, accessories, and some interesting things that you've ever find. This is the first time you've been outside of palace wall. And what's not good is these people that you recognized; those were those people who loved you and supported you as you hear people are spreading rumors from them to them.

 

"Why did the princess ran away?"

 

"When I saw the queen's face, it breaks my heart."

 

"I guess she's not ready to become queen"

 

As you hear those rumors, you hide your face with black hood on for not to see your face and make you look like a widow and you looked down on the ground. While you're still walking, without pay attention, you bumped onto someone as you both fell back down and saw a man holding basket of tomatoes and there some on the ground.

 

"Lo siento! ¿Estás bien?" the man asked in Spanish as you groaned and rubbed your head.
